Terms of Service

The simple rules of engagement between you, your nurse, and IV Aruba.

Last updated · January 2026

1. The basics

IV Aruba ("we", "us") provides mobile intravenous hydration therapy, vitamin booster shots, and in-room massage therapy to guests ("you") within Aruba. By booking a service you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can book

  • You must be 18 or older to book and receive a treatment, or have parent/guardian consent if a treatment is administered to a minor.
  • You confirm that the medical information you provide is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • If you have a condition listed in the pre-screen as a contraindication, we will reschedule or decline the booking.

3. Medical disclaimer

IV hydration, vitamin injections, and massage are wellness services. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you think you have a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately.

Our nurses will pre-screen you before starting any treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if, in our clinical judgment, a treatment would be unsafe.

4. Consent

Before your treatment begins, you will be asked to acknowledge a brief written consent confirming you understand the service, its common side effects, and that participation is voluntary.

5. Bookings, payments, cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed once we contact you to verify time, location, and details.
  • Payment is collected on-site by major credit card unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

6. On-site conditions

For everyone's safety, our nurses can decline to administer a treatment if the location is unsafe, if you are intoxicated to a degree that prevents informed consent, or if behavior toward staff is inappropriate. The full service amount may still be charged in those cases.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IV Aruba's liability arising from or relating to a treatment is limited to the amount paid for that treatment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Aruba.
